I don't know where you are located Timothy Hensley but that just looks like normal wear and tear .I have to agree with Brad on this one . Maybe an animal walked on the leaf ( my dogs do it all the time ) or it had trouble coming out from under your mulch ....etc.

Well I suppose you could be in a spot where rust is a problem but this doesn't look like rust to me . I think you would see a lot more blades affected if it was rust . I'm in Nashville, I wouldn't worry about this now. Three weeks from now if you see more leaves looking this way, there could be a problem.
