Help me to finish my entry hall!

I have a 13 foot, 4 inch wall to cover. We are desperately seeking some type of mirro (possibly flanked by art or something. The current console table we have looks dwarfed in comparison to the wall. Please help!!

    Beautiful home!

Are you planning to change the console? Because any big mirror or art will make it look even smaller.

Horchow has some gorgeous modern-style consoles, many in sizes that would work well in your entry:

Thank you so much! I am open to take away the console

Great! Look through my link, if you’d like, or other sites that carry consoles. Then it’ll be much easier to figure out what you’d like above it. :)

Is the floor tile with a border? It looks beige and brown on my monitor. How about a more dramatic wall color? I don't care for the gray with the floor

since it's such a long space, you're going to have think big here. and in multiples.

BTW, what is directly across? is is another wall or an open room? I ask because putting a mirror there only to reflect back another wall isn't a really a good idea. It would be better to hand art.

if all you want is a bench and a mirror, then make it oversized. long bench, large mirror, and then put something on the other end of it to balance out the space, like this plant.

so, long bench, and maybe a large (or two of them) pieces of art

for your space this wouldn't be enough. but if you did a larger potted plant off to one side, it might work

I like the extra long console, art, lamps, a handing light and don't forget a rug!

I like the idea of a statement art piece. and can you hang a light?

notice the console flanked by the two chairs. it's a good tactic to eat up wall space

I like this idea. get a nice long console (this one is too short for you) and flank it w/two chairs. hang a beautiful piece of art (it should be as long as the console you get) bring in a lamp of something for the console. The blacks/whites and blues would be beautiful in the entry.

bring in some color (not pink, I'm just showing you how they coordinate w/colors and how the console and larger chair take up the room)

you have blues and grays and creams,,,find a little bit of contrasting color like yellow or orange to give that area some life.

you could do something like this on the one side. a little settee and a console table

Console, style and chairs. perfect for an entryway. just make sure your console is long enough

you could easily do something like this, and flank either end w/some nice black white or gold chairs. (like I've shown previously)

That should take up most of that wall space. pick a console that is at least 6' in length
