I don't know why I almost like that fact that it does nothing for me. Yeah, I could live there and can admire it plenty, but it does not "speak" to me. Good news is I am happy to see someone else love it.

Was surprised to see it is listed at $34M. After seeing the video, I would not have anticipated a price THAT high. It is certainly fancy,

We took pictures of our growth markings when we moved.

I like the house. The decor is a bit bland for my taste, though.

I like it, but way way WAY too white and bland for me. I'd be ripping out the kitchen flooring and the pot filler in a heartbeat, but repainting most of the rooms would be easy. Location is great, but right now getting housekeepers in would be a problem until the COVID-19 thing is over.

I suppose some of the price value is that "TOM BRADY" lived there. Which would mean nothing to me since I have no interest in the Patriots - yeah, I live in Massachusetts but I always keep hoping that spoiled rotten team goes down the toilet. (I don't care about pro sports to begin with, but their history puts them even further down in my ranking...)

I strongly dislike the exterior but actually really like many aspects of the interior & design. The blending of various styles is interesting & pleasing to my eye, personally. I'd live there if someone else was footing the bill! lol!

For me, the fact that Tom Brady lived there is a deterrent. I can't stand him.

I think it’s gorgeous! I prefer a bit more traditional architecture, but this is a beautiful, light-filled home. I really loved all the bathrooms (except for that powder room with the weird black sink.) Those wide plank floors and wide staircases were very pretty. And that home gym! 💕

psssst.... Tom Brady is said to be signing a lease on Derek Jeter’s Tampa home.

    22,000 sq ft

I cannot fathom even wanting to live in 22,000 square feet. In fact, I personally find the mere thought depressing.

The house for sale is bland because they removed all their personal items, photos, etc.

These houses are a great illustration of why I would never want to be famous. If fame forces you to isolate yourself on a remote compound, no thanks.

Well, we're all living like the famous and not so rich now. We are isolated on our little home islands.

Actually, the Derek Jeter house is not on a remote compound at all. Yes, there is a fence on the street side but the house is on a city street.

I'd live in the Derek Jeter house, but all my friends would have to live with me. :) I love the water view!

Wow for how tall they are if they do their own laundry the washer is low low low. I’m only 5 feet tall and I live mine on a pedestal.
