Kitchen Wall Color Ideas

Putting off countertops until the world returns to normal. But I do want to paint my kitchen walls. What are some ideas of paint colors that go well with honey oak cabinets?

(I’m not a fan of yellowish tones, I’m looking for a color to brighten up my dark kitchen.)

Attached a photo of my kitchen to give an idea. Also, we will be having the countertops and backsplash updated this summer.

I know you're eager to get some work done, as we all are during the delays, but paint is not an inexpensive investment regardless of your time to apply. Benjamin Moore's Aura paint is water-resistant and a good choice for a kitchen area. It's nearly impossible for me to suggest a color not knowing what your new backsplash and countertops will look like. What you have now isn't yellow and blends with your current decor. Did you want to give some ideas of the colors of your new countertop and backsplash selections so the Houzz community might comment on looking forward to your new decor?
