2 bromeliad IDs needed

Anyone know what these 2 bromeliads are. I think they are a Billbergia and Aechmea species and they are currently flowering. The pink flowering specimen is about 12-14 inches tall and a more narrow, tubular habit. The red flowering specimen is about 7-9 inches tall with an olive green leaf that is dark reddish maroon on the undersides.
