what is to the right of the corner ... is that a neighbors fence i see in the top right corner ... maybe a better pic of the situation would help ... im wondering if your lawn is 3 feet higher than the neighbor below ...????

Too hard to get bearings with this picture. Return with the camera and line up in front of it, facing it squarely (not at an angle) with the house in the background. Take two or three slightly overlapping pictures while panning from left to right so we can see how this area fits into the yard.

I will take more photos. Yes, our lawn and house sit higher than the neighbors. There is a retaining wall of rocks closer to the house and then it slopes out to the road. Thank you! More photos to come.
