Ive had these figs for maybe 3 years now and I have been too worried to prune them but I think it's time I do. They were fairly root bound in their 12" pots so I just replanted them into these 20" ones and would like to prune them before too late.My goal is to train them into small trees around 6-7' tall maximum so I can bring them in the garage for the winter.
Any tips on how to proceed or which branches to cut would be appreciated!
