My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The people who could afford this type of fixture already have cars, top of the line cars, several of them, u have to understand that some things are made only for the rich....they're the ones who can afford them without sweating it!...I'm lower middle class but work for very wealthy people...it's a whole other world...

    trust me, I don't envy them...the keeping up with the Joneses is super stressful...I like my small, but comfortable world!

    Well, here they're selling the designer's name. I can make that chandelier for under $500. With different glass shades of course because those were made exclusively for this artist.
