Water it! It looks really dry. Had the wind been blowing? It has been blowing like crazy here for two days. That'll dry anything out fast.

Agreed with Dave, that looks like wind more than cold to me (though they can work together, where the cold shuts down the roots, which can’t send water to the leaves, which get dried out by the wind). Best thing would be to keep the roots above 65 and the soil moist but not sodden until the leaves perk up. If they fall off then same remedy, just cross your fingers and hope for a flush of new growth.

Jeff, I am happy for you! Mine will do they same thing when they have been use to growing inside. It's the process of them harding up for outdoor growing
