Either (a) mild un-colored dish soap, and wipe dry, or (b) isopropyl alcohol diluted with some water. Wipe. That's it.

Alcohol-water spray.

Mix rubbing alcohol (70%) with water in a spray bottle, add some essential lavender oil (or other).

We always had a bottle of cheap vodka to use on the counters, we put it in a spray bottle.

Really all you need is soap and water just like for your hands.
