My daughter is loaning me the one she had. It’s more like a hotel size fridge: small freezer slot up top, settings 1-8 : but I have no idea what temperatures those numbers correspond to. All she wanted was to keep her drinks cold. No food has been in there in years.

I hunted all over for my old fridge thermometer but can’t find it. I can put a glass of water in there to cool and use my cooking instant read probe thermometer. Will take a lot of experimentation.

If this is suitable: what temperature range should I be trying to set it for?

All I want to do is to keep bulbs cool until I have time to plant them all. I have been putting bulbs and dahlias on the cement floor in my basement closet. It slows them down some. I am ….

1) very slow in planting in general

2) waiting for existing lilies to show up so I know where it is safe to dig.

Garden is stuffed so the odds of hitting a sleeping lily are very high at this time of year. As of mid-April, some asiatics and martagons are starting to show. No OTs, LAs, or other hybrids.
