Pick something that blends into the tile, as opposed to standing out.

Travertine is one of those materials that tends to look neutral when you order it, and pink when you receive it. Wait till you get the tile before you make any other choices. Once you see it in your own space, in your own light you’ll be better able to choose.

when they grout, the grout will fill in any holes on the stone, so keep that in mind.

since you've posted no pictures or no info on what brand of grout you're going with, it's hard to answer. try and find something close to or a shade lighter than your stone.

this is basically the same tile after grouting. they used bone color, maybe a bit darker. u can see how the light spots in the tile get filled w/the lighter grout color.

So, don't go too light, don't go too dark. get something that matches the tile

also make sure you get a really good sealer for after install. an enhancing sealer will deepen the stones colors

These are Custom colors. remember, your grout is going to fill in those holes. you don't want anything too light or too dark. Antique Linen or Linen, maybe Antique White, look like good matches. Bone might work too. It's very taupe looking in the picture

The bottom choices on this pic are Mapei colors

Pale Umber/ Irish Cream could work. Bone looks a little on the pink side, but maybe work.

The colors are going to be much more true in person than to us on a computer monitor. In the past I was able to get little sample sticks from the tile shop with the grout colors and put them against the tile so I could eyeball it. As mentioned, you want to pick the lightest color that matches the background of your tile. Watch for tone, you want to aim for similar warmth.
