I have coming Smurfette and Heavenly Hidden Treasures. The Gossards have done well here so far.

I grow quite a few Gossard daylilies and have had no problems with his cultivars that I can recall . They all seem to be quite robust here.

I added Tripped Out , Neon Flamingo 2 seasons ago , Last season Heavenly Pink Butterfly ,Stardust Dragon ,White Eyes Pink Dragon. Heavenly Way Big, Navajo Pony, Morpho Butterfly Heavenly Spider Monkey , Purple Kaboom .This year I am adding Purple Badger for the second time (fingers crossed it survives this time ) ,

All of these are lovely daylilies, but I really like Heavenly Dancing Fairies.

Does anyone grow Heavenly United We Stand? We just got that last fall and wondered about your impressions of it especially since it is a Stout Medal winner.

I have a few Gossards, a few more arriving soon. The ones I have are generally all good plants.

I don't have photos of Get R Done, Heavenly Angel Ice, or Heavenly Beginnings, but those 3 are really great.

Heavenly Velociraptor blooms well, but I only have 1 fan and so far it has refused to multiply. I may try moving it.

Heman was new last spring and looks to be a good one

Navajo Pony is a pretty one, very good multiplier, and good bloomer. It does have different looks at times, sometimes it is more of a cream background. Not sure why the different looks but I prefer it when it looks like this

White Eyes Pink Dragon was also new. I know it had better flowers than this but apparently this is the only one I took

Yellow Monkey

I do have Get R Done, Heavenly Angel Ice, Heavenly Beginnings, and they all do well. I got Heavenly United We Stand and Rainbow Dragon last fall and they look like they are going to be good, although Rainbow Dragon has been slower to come up this spring. I have Giant Terratorn and Exotic Starfish on order and should arrive in a few weeks.

These are nice, but I like Curt Hanson's better.

I guess I do have one of Gossard's-Yellow Monkey. White Eyes Pink Dragon is one that catches my attention when posted.

Nancy, I really like Navajo Pony, I admired it the past two seasons. I’m looking forward to seeing Exotic Starfish in your garden at some point.

The only Gossard I've ever grown Is Buzz Saw. This year will be it's second year so we will see how it does. I've always liked White Eyes Pink Dragon and his yellows and oranges look pretty too. Heavenly Pink Fang was on my look-see list this year, but it's bud count is rather low, so I passed for now. It is more of a full petaled dayliliy which is what I favor, and probably why I don't have more Gossards who seems to produce more UFs...............Maryl

I've lost quite a few Gossards over the years - Stardust Dragon twice (I got it again as a bonus this Spring), Moonlight Dragon (just loved that one - I think the grubs got it), Purple Badger, and Lavender Curls (grew in the ground for about six years, never multiplied well, finally disappeared totally. I bought Purple Ostrich two years ago as a single fan. It has never multiplied or bloomed. But most of his do very well here.

Rainbow Dragon (I sold all of it last fall) because it didn't always look this color with heat and it rarely showed the pattern. It did grow like a weed though - very fast multiplying.

Debra: Neon Flamingo is another one that has a good pink color. Are his as pink in person as they appear in photos? Nan: I keep going back to your picture of Heavenly Bengal Tiger. That sure is one striking bloom..........Maryl

Maryl, H. Bengal Tiger is certainly a bright flower, but the scapes never get as tall as registered nor is the flower very big. It's registered at 5.5 inches, but I bet many of ours don't get that size. It could be the bed it is in--one that gets some shade. It is a prolific bloomer though. Last year it had cheater scapes followed by the regular set and then rebloom.

Debra, I have seen photos where I thought White Eyes Pink Dragon and Neon Flamingo looked very similar, but your photos here really show the difference. I got White Eyes Pink Dragon over Neon Flamingo, I may decide I have to have both! I am looking forward to seeing Rainbow Dragon this year, it came back this spring and looks great.

Hoosier_Nan , Love the faces on Carnosaure and The Dentist . I don't know why but I always thought Wolverine was a dark daylily mind you I have never actively searched or researched that one . I was surprised to see your image of it The other one I really like (even as a polytepal ) is Miller Time . I do grow Heavenly United We Stand and like most of Gossard's daylilies it does well here ( wish I could track down an image on my computer but I have sooooo many images it is almost impossible ) It is like many of Gossard's red UF's . I didn't find anything particularly different from many of his other red UF's . I have however only had it here since last spring so maybe it will show something different this season.

Sherry I love the face on Blue Beetle , hadn't seen that one before . what are the stats on that one please ? Is it very tall ? It was also my first time seeing Getting Airborne . Gonna have to find that one . It is just my cup of tea.

Nancy 6b Thanks for posting your picture of Navajo Pony . I was given this one as a gift from a seller last season . It was quite a tiny fan but she generously shared it with me so I am excited to see if I see a bloom this season ( I didn't get one last season) . I hope mine is as lovely as your image shows it to be.

Debra , Heavenly Snow White and Rainbow Dragon , are two I would love to add here , but will wait till the price goes down . Your image of Pretty Desirable did not show up in your post would love to see your picture please.

I do have a couple. Mantis, your Heavenly United We Stand is nice and reminded me of:

Red Viper is a profuse bloomer; lots of buds and long season.

Yellow Monkey

Maryl and Nancy - Neon Flamingo is a deeply saturated rose pink. White Eyes Pink Dragon is more of a lavender pink rather than a ture pink. Neon Flamingo has the prettier bloom to me, but White Eyes Pink Dragon performs better here.

Bud count on a number of recent Gossard intros is not impressive. I hope others get better than what I have gotten so far on Neon Flamingo. That on Rainbow Maker is pathetic.

Thankfully bud count is not a problem on Stardust Dragon! I don’t have a lot of experience with the others but this one is a winner in my garden.
