My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We received a second outdoor fan, several months after receiving the outdoor fan we ordered and for which we paid. Suddenly, a second fan arrives months later. I clicked on contact us, but the screen is blank. Any ideas how to contact customer service?
