I recently re-did my kitchen & now I have my breakfast bar that comes out further than anticipated, which throws off the dining room layout. I can't put the table in the center under the light, because it will block the entry way into the kitchen, especially after I get stools for the breakfast bar. I am planning on either moving the light or putting a ceiling fan there. I am buying a new dining room table, but where should I put it? Should i get rectangular with a bench or circular? I am also unsure about what color table to get with the paint color, thinking the paint color may be too dark and I should do a brighter color. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!! Kitchen is all white and floor is a gray color.
