First take off the shelf. Then you can get a medicine cabinet with one mjrror...I am thinking an oval one would look good...Maybe two shelves over your stool for your things. IMO a smaller light fixture would look better.

You have a very cluttered space. I would first remove the bold shower curtain in favor of something plain that would fade into the background. If the mirror is purely functional, I would go with something smaller that would reflect from the shoulders up, but not overwhelm the space, possibly something oval. With a smaller mirror, you could build or purchase a small over the John cabinet and paint it the same color as the walls to hold all that stuff on the counter. You have a serious lack of storage, IMO. Good luck! 😊

The problem is the medicine cabinet is recessed and I have no other choice unless I want to take it out, re Sheetrock the wall etc.
