The red and pink could be rhododendrons but actual identities don't really matter if you just want a similar effect. There will be other plant options giving the same look. Even if we could id them all, we don't know where you are located so we can't say if you could grow them.

The bed in the picture is actually rather too narrow, the shrubs are all pretty much the same shape and the arrangement is gappy. You could do much better.

Agree with all these points

L to R I believe: miniature lilac, azalea, Japanese maple, peony, trees?, rhododendron and the last one loropetalum. Landscaping has reached point of overcrowding and tree on the left could be remove and planted elsewhere.
