I was looking at Barcelona temps and it seems that the temps aren’t super warm yet. As soon as the temps start really heating up it should wake back up. Pay attention to the tips where the spines are at because that’s where the new growth should come out. I don’t own your Pachypodium, but I have others and they’ve just started to wake up, except for two. It’s all about patience with these type of plants.
