My neighbor plays bass music every second of every day and blares it every night. It’s been going on for over a month. I’ve tried knocking on his door multiple times and he doesn’t answer. The manager nor the police wouldn’t do anything so about 2 weeks ago, I tried writing a note asking him to keep it down. However, the note is still in his door and has not moved, so nobody has been in or out. I noticed that I haven’t seen him leave his house in at least 4 weeks and there are never visitors. I thought someone was in there because I smelled weed a few weeks ago outside his door and the volume of his music changes. But the lights are never on and the light bulbs were taken out of his front door and balcony fixtures. I used to see him smoke on the balcony but I haven't seen him in a long time. I would think that he would need to check his mail, take out his trash, or get food at some point but no one has gone in or at in a month. I really think something is wrong and I even wondered if the guy was dead so I asked the police to do a safety check. They knocked on the door and he didn't answer so they said there was nothing they could do. I haven't smelled any odors but I still hear this awful bass music at every moment of every day. If he is okay, why would he not turn it off at some point? How could he survive without ever leaving? What could possibly be going on?
