Countertop material & blue paint color?

I love the rich look of the blue and wood tones. What are the countertops? Also, what's the blue cabinet color, please?
(unfortunately for me I'm guessing it's a custom mix!)

    Thank you. The blue is a Clarke and Kensington Island Hopping over rustic walnut with a glaze and lacquer over that. Quite a process but well worth it, I think. Tops are Exuberant Brown from the Stone Collection.
