Hi! I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this reddish discoloration near my Spidey's leaf tips. I know dry/browning ends are usually water related. Unsure if this discoloration is too? No pests visible and nothing to scratch off here.

She's growing in medium indirect light, in a terra cotta pot and chunky well draining soil. I repotted a few weeks ago, and that seemed to have no affect on the discoloration. I water with tap water, but I'm in Oregon and it's pretty good here. Wouldn't think it was caused by chemical buildup in the water. She's growing fast and producing lots of babies, so seems to be in good health otherwise.
