Can you identify this weed?

This is a weed that returns in my lawn every year during the cool season. It is dark green in the early spring, but will turn ugly brown when the weather starts getting hot. It spreads very quickly and it's very hard to kill. It will grow up to aprox 4 inches tall or taller. If you can identity this for me, I will be very grateful. If you can tell me what I can use to kill it without damaging my lawn (Zoysia). Thanks
