Damp is the target for each watering. At no time should the soil become soggy from watering new sod. 20 minutes may be too long unless you have sandy soil. Only the surface of the soil needs to be moistened so the roots of the sod will be encouraged to knit into the soil underneath the sod.

As for timing, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as you did the second day, is fine. After about 2 weeks, check to ensure the sod had connected by trying to lift a corner of a piece. Then you can migrate to deep and infrequent watering. With temps in the 80s, the target would be to water a full inch, all at once, every 2 weeks.

What did you mean about the edges being stuck? Does that mean they have connected to the soil? That would be quick, but bermuda can grow fast.

As for mowing, I would give it a full 2 weeks before doing that. Before you mow, be sure the underlying soil is not too soft from the frequent watering. Mowing over wet soil can compact the soil unnecessarily. And don't try to mow it down low on the first mow. Cut only 1/3 of the height off. If you want it lower, wait 2-3 days and then take it down to your desired height.

You can fertilize now if you want to. Bermuda loves to be fertilized with granulated, high nitrogen, fertilizer every 4-6 weeks throughout the growing season. Organic fertilizer is not what anyone would consider high nitrogen, but there used to be a guy on Houzz who successfully fertilized with alfalfa pellets every month.
