The head office is Cancork Floor in Vancouver BC....they see the icork emails as well and try to answer them....but ANNE is the one and only person I would want to talk to in your situation.

I've highlighted the phone number I personally reach her at. This number does NOT ring through to Canada. That's the easiest method to be SURE you are talking to Anne and not someone else (even though they try - bless their little hearts).
