Someone gave me this tree like 6-7 years back. I put it in the ground and did nothing to it. Idk if they grew it from seed or if it was grafted. Probably seed. Is it worth trying to bring this back to life? It’s never fully died but never grew much.

Located in Orlando area. I just sprinkled some 10-10-10 fertilizer around it. I had this stuff sitting in my shed (to be fair this bag is probably 10 years old). I’ll try to water it (looks like deep watering every 10 days). Anything else I can do?
