I can’t really see the stains in the pic but I swear by barkeeper’s friend.

The tile looks discolored as well. Both the tile and grout should have been sealed on installation, and probably annually if some of that stone is marble. I would try a hydrogen peroxide based cleaner like an oxy clean. Once it is clean, seal it again.

For some reason when I try to link to other threads Houzz doesn’t let me. I thought H2O2 would be fine for grout. I just checked to make sure it is safe for marble. It may not be. Some say it works well, others say it can damage marble.
