Hard to say what is available as far as a ready-made purchase but you could try looking at your local garden or hardware shops or online on Houzz / Wayfair / Home Depot etc. A brand you may try looking for is Gardman (based out of the UK but they appear to sell on various websites) https://www.gardman.co.uk/garden-arch/ This arbor has a similar feel, just keep in mind that dimensions and finish may be slightly different. You could also try contacting a local metal fabricator. Take some inspiration photos to show them and work together to design something custom.
