Flooring Basements Design Dilemma

Basement to finish

I need help laying out my basement. It’s all concrete walls at the moment. I would like storage areas along with an area for screen and projector, pool table, bar and seating, ping pong table, bedroom, work out space. Plus a bathroom with sink and shower, no tub. Any suggestions?

Is this in a house that is already built? Or is this a new build and only the basement has been poured?

Hi, house is built, 15 years old, time to finish the basement, around 1600-1700 square feet

Are the furniture, water heater, sump pump, etc in the locations as in the plan? Are there any column? Which window is an escape window?
