What do you want to use the area for? Sitting and visiting, hanging out with a cup of coffee or cocktail? Napping? Or just to make it welcoming to visitors?

We’ll mostly use it for hanging out and reading. The furniture I currently have fills the functional need pretty well. So now my biggest goal is to make it look inviting/finished

I could see a simple backless bench, a console table with plants/lanterns, a loveseat, a regular bench.... I just don’t know what would look best

To use the space for reading and hanging out, I would keep it comfortable and avoid a backless bench. I like the style of the settee you posted, but would look for one with darker cane and/or darker green/blue cushions. I don't think the cream cushions are great up against the white house. All you need to finish it off is a small round end table between the chairs, and another small table next to the settee, so you have somewhere to set down a drink, book, etc. It's a lovely area.

So you would have the cane more match the color of the existing wicker rather than contrast with it?

I tried a grey bench and felt like it was too much same same...maybe not??

I don't think a settee in the same color as the wicker would be too much. You can add color with cushions and plants.

I would get another swivel chair. A rug for each side and a pouf or 2 to put my feet up. And 2 small tables to hold drinks, books, etc

Jck910: the sunbrella fabric for the cushions actually came from Ballard Designs! So I tried the coordinating rug, but it actually clashed with the blue/gray of the porch boards when it was up that close. So I’m l back to the drawing board with that too 😕

I don't think you need a rug. The color of the dark grey bench is fine, but it doesn't look too comfortable. You could add a colored seat cushion.

With cushions, this would be comfy for lounging with a drink. You might like arms on it though.
