Kitchen Countertop Dilemma! Help!! First timer!

Help!! I'm trying to pick our countertops and backsplash and I'm so nervous to make the wrong decision. Our cabinets will be white (repainted with Decorator's White) and our backsplash will be white subway tiles. The countertops we are between are Quartz Calcatta Everest or Quartz Calcatta Aqua. I have pictures below. (The Quartz Calcatta Everest is the more white with very light veins and the Quartz Calcatta Aqua has more veins). We're currently leaning towards the aqua but nervous it can look yellowed. Any advice??

Do you have a cabinet door that is painted to bring with you to the stone yard? Backsplash shouldn't be chosen until countertop is installed. Is this a new build or remodel?

Bring samples of the countertops home or bring a sample door to the stone yard. We loved one that looked white in the showroom but was way too yellow in our home. Backsplash after everything else is installed like jck910 said.
