Adding to monstera?

I bought a monstera plant a few months ago that was made up of 3 separate stems or cuttings. When I first got it I didn't realize I was overwatering constantly, it caused two of the stems to die, but one is still going! I removed the two bad ones and repotted the remaining one with fresh clean soil. For a month now, I've been using a plant app to help me time watering/misting/fertilizing, and I wait until the right time to re-water, so it's gotten better.

I'm wondering now, if it would be possible to buy a new monstera plant and combine them, since the current one is so sparse, especially for the pot size. (the pot inside is propped up on some cans for height in the decorate planter)

Any other advice is also welcome!! :) i'm a total plant noob!
