Pruning a potted hibiscus

I have 2 potted hibiscus that are just kind of stringy. I’m not sure how to describe them, but they don’t look as full as my other ones. They usually have a lot of full blooms which is good.
Question is should I cut back some be cutting back some of these little side limbs? Any help would be great
