Philodendron being eaten!

I have a large Philodendron inside my flat. Recently I have noticed that a lot of leaves look like they are being munched on by something. I have looked everywhere and can’t find any evidence of pests at all! I feel I have looked under ever leaf! This is also happening to new baby leaves before they have even uncurled. Any ideas on what we think could be causing it and how to stop it!?

    A picture of the damage would help. Do you have slugs in your area? Go out after dark with a flashlight and take a look.
