I'm in SW OH and had the same problem. I lost nearly all my grape blooms, so there'll be no fruit on them this fall. That was even after I tried to cover some of them. I've held off planting tomatoes, peppers, and squash because its been too cold. They're all in the garage overnight, but show signs of having outgrown their containers and need to be in the ground. I'm hoping this weekend is the ticket. Hope it works out for you.

Just back from my allotment where I found the newly planted out zucchini frozen and the runner beans very unhappy. The allotment uphill from mine is fine as is my home garden. I think the cold air rolled down the slope and my beds just dipped below 0c. Annoying. Oh well. I knew I set them out a bit early.

I dodged the bullet - I did cover the stone fruit and a couple of the apples, but it didn't get nearly as cold as forecast either.

Gred, I am ~100 miles north of you; my grapes haven't blossomed - the leaves are just partially unfurled.

So on to getting the anti fungal spraying done and figuring out how to defeat the critters.
