I'd keep the screening near the property line, not near the patio. No point to cut your own yard off from your own view. Maybe you have a some holes in the perimeter screen you need to patch, but mostly, it looks like a lot is in place and you need to wait for it to grow. Holes in the screening would be "filled" by assessing from ground level where you need privacy from sight lines.

I think there's enough bed around the patio, but you could fill the empty places with more plantings, especially colorful annuals and perennials.
