I love the first one. Black and white stripped. Where can I find it?

Search most of the websites that sell tons of rugs - Overstock, Wayfair, RugsUSA, etc. Use the filter option to put in stripes and it'll reduce the number of rugs you see.

I would try the large art at door above the corner table and exchange lamp and lantern from console.

Can the dining table be centeted before adding a rug— when looking at window it feels off. Rug will only highlight it more, unless you have a chandelier to consider.

You could try your picture frames on bottom shelf of console and with lamp and taller items it may feel better balanced

The really hard one is color and style of rug you might like. You mentioned simple and modern, so suggesting rugs below and the black will compliment many of your pieces.

Would you put anything on the wall where the large picture currently is located?

Unfortunately the table cannot be centered on the window due to the position of the hanging light. The table is centered on the light and the light cannot be moved without a HUGE expense.

Maybe try the large picture over your console so it takes up more wall space and the print over corner piece, as it could do with something larger. If you feel the wall looks empty by the door you could add a large plant.

How about a Cowhide Rug under this table. Welcome all thoughts!

You can use a chain and hook to center lighting. Very inexpensive.
