Ouch, that's a lot of similar color wood to deal with...For the back splash...If you have the money, some glass tile would look nice. If you don't you could pop out some of the tiles in the color you don't like and have a different color/type put in it's place. It looks like you don't naturally get a good amount of light in the kitchen. I'd definitely go stainless with the double ovens. The Kitchen-Aid Architect II series rocks!I'd either do a stainless or black dishwasher, which would pull some of the black from the oven windows and cook top. the floor is too yellow for Charcoal grey. Find a local designer who can just to a color consultation. They can pull together what the wall color, tile and cabinets should be that will work with the floor.

You could find an espresso that works with the floor, it won't be totally black, but it will look better as will chrome knobs and pulls in a more streamlined look.
