It's hailed here the last 2 days. Thursday's bout was small, soft, mushy and short lived. I was out in it, rushing to pull a sheet of plastic screening over the veggie flats. I'd seen the possibility of hail in the forecast, so had the sheeting and ceramic pots next to the flats to set up quickly if it did come.

Last night's storm was much more severe, marble sized, hard and bouncy. I'd covered the flats earlier this time, as soon as I saw the radar green turning to red and purple west of us. Whew!

I don't see much damage, fortunately, as most of the trees are at bud swell stage now. It's still a bit wet to do a full walk about.

Did anyone else get hail?
