Any leaves closing together need to be peeled apart with the worm inside squished, or remove said leaves and trash them worm and all.

The leaves are NOT stuck together and there are NO worms or any other bugs. Please see above pictures.

When opening the might have black dots ( pepper) that the start....if u just pinch it off NO BLOOM

Yes. We had warm normal weather and then bang - we got ice and snow in early May.

The leaves are not stuck to another leaf. Just each leaf has slightly curled edges. No worms or anything. Just edges curled and stunted blooms That stay flat and don’t open.

If you have not seen worms, I would think it is just a little winter damage due to cold temps. Once the sap begins to flow, cold temps below 32F or a late frost can zap either the whole leaf or parts. Pests like spider mites and worms are liable to show very soon though. Mites will show webs on new leaf growth and worms can be detected by feel and if you see the moths flying. It feels weird hearing you talk about ice and snow after hitting the mid 90s down here but oh well. I will send you some of this excess heat, chilloway!!!
