Brown spots with Yellow hue on monstera adansonii

Hi everyone! So, I have this monstera for about 1 month now, and the problem has started with brown edges and the tip of the leaves. UT quickly it went to those brown spots, that has a grayish center and the brown border with a yellow hue. It seemed to me at first a humidity problem but now it seems more a fungal problem. The tips of the leaves keep getting brown. Can someone help me?
