If you'd never close them, I'd leave them off. Our has large windows that I have never covered, and it works for us. Our view is woodland, not water, but the feel is similar.

The views are gorgeous! I too left off the curtains from the back of my home but I would not be opposed to seeing some beautiful soft sheers hanging against those grand windows/doors. I would keep them white as not to take away from everything but I think it would soften the space since you have a rustic table and leather sofa. Beautiful home ☺️

I have a view and for over a decade had no window treatment. Until robbery by boat started happening in our area. What I chose to do is a 18 ft curtain rod and drapes that pull completely back no window view obstruction when open. They are also close match to wall color. I keep closed at night and when not at home. Just another thought for ya. Your home is beautiful.

Another vote for leaving it. Why even hint of blocking those views.
