Anyone interested in wildlife should have no qualms about seeing piles of poo. Animal droppings are a recognised identification and surveying aid especially for secretive or nocturnal animals. Some even have their own names, otter spraint, for example. Put the picture up. In my garden it would be from the neighbour's gang of incontinent cats.

Weed, schmeed —those “volunteers” are dynamic accumulators of nutrients that will enhance your soil biology. Clearly, you should weed, if it increases your enjoyment of your garden, but don’t do it for anyone else.
