Phlebodium aureum, Blue Star Fern. Perennial houseplant.

A common name is bear's paw (foot) fern too. Easy grower and can be weedy as the spores end up in other pots. I bring them indoors for winter. I usually cut off the fronds if they are ugly and the plant will regenerate some new ones. This can be a big fern if you move it to a bigger pot.

This is the blue crested (or ruffled) bear paw/foot fern.

They help fill in blank areas in the summer garden.
