I've been a happy Ooma customer for 7 years and have the Premier service. Reliable service and I love the call screening options - mine is set for "If the number isn't in my contact file, send it to voicemail".

I use it with a Panasonic cordless phone whose base station is located away from my router using an Ooma Linx device. I could alternatively move the Telo device elsewhere using Wifi, ethernet cabling, or Powerline devices.

I also use Ooma. Found the premium service expensive, but as Elmer described the features are great for preventing Spam calls. I also use mine with a Cordless Panasonic set of a half dozen sets.

I recently went back to paying for the Premium Service which is/was on sale for half price - $63.53 per year.

A potentially valuable "free" service with the Premium Package is Call To Text (Subscribing.) Ooma writes out my messages and sends me an E-mail. I can read new calls without interrupting a meeting to listen to the caller...

I pay a total of $8.03 per month for unlimited calling.
