power washing house siding issue

Greetings-

I recently power washed the vinyl siding( beige) of my house and it came out great except the side( facing south) that gets the most sun. It still has that chalky look and has trail or swirl marks from the power washer. Does anyone have any ideas outside of redoing that side? I would have to re-borrow it from my nephew, but am thinking maybe the sun has bleached it and a redo won't work.

Also, the black mold came off but left the stain on the gutters and downspout. Anyone know a produce or method that take off the dark stains. By the way, I used a chlorine solution along with super suds solution that is suppose to keep the solution on the siding longer. Waited the 15 min. too before rinsing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The house is about 19 years old

As far as the siding I have done the same, you need to make sure you clean every bit of the chalk off, you only have removed part of it. Borrow the pressure washer again. Clean the gutters with a magic erasure, some will come off some may not.

Have you tried using a power wash machine or something similar that applies pressure? We also had a porch that was really old and after trying dozens of chemical products for it didn't have any long-term effect We just decided that it would be better to just get a paid service like https://www.cspressurewashingservices.com/ where at least you know that your problems will be dealt with in one day and forever. I also don't want to buy myself a power pressure washer as I don't have the time and the patience required to do the work alone.

Could also be that the siding is nearing the end of it's life expectancy. Vinyl siding doesn't last 200 years like wood does.

The siding is only 20 years old and looks like new with the sides not getting the most sun. My problem side faces the south that gets most of the sun, so think that is the issue. I am going to try the 30 second outdoor cleaner, then maybe follow up with a power washer. Thanks for your time in responding.
