Hire a Kitchen Designer. Have a 50-80K budget if you’re not going to contribute any labor. Higher if you want more involved and invasive.

I disagree with the 50-80k that Live_Wire_Oak said. Depends what you choose for cabinets, finishes, fixtures, appliances, and where the home is located. Can be done for half what Live_Wire_Oak said, or can be done for the 50-80k. It depends.

It would be best for the OP to post some inspiration photos. Your OP saying “any ideas?” is crazy broad. That is the way to get to an $80k kitchen - by not providing any parameters of the style you are looking for, the budget, or what you like or do not like.

I would do a built in L bench seat eating area in the nook. Can you move appliances? It's a tough layout with that angled wall. We had a similar kitchen in our last house and removed the angled wall and replaced with a square island.

And not that you even asked lol but don't get discouraged by one comment... I also disagree with @User it doesn't have to be near that much, like I said our last house had a very similar kitchen and layout and even with taking down a wall and moving plumbing to an island, all new everything, moving fridge, etc it didn't even come close to 50k, more like half that soup to nuts. No kitchen designer either and I've done 3 kitchens taking down walls.

I have ideas , but threw out the broad question to see if anyone came up with something I had not thought of . I can move appliances . I considered dropping the breakfast bar to counter height , getting rid of the tiny island and doing an L shape with a counter height breakfast bar . If I do that, l‘d like to move the sink to either the corner or to the wall where the stove currently is. That would require moving the stove to the wall by the fridge. Not sure that would give me a great triangle though. Itsourcasa, you are right about that angled wall, but can’t move it . That corner is dead space . That is why I and considering the corner sink .
