Thank you, Mr. KO. May I ask the reasoning behind your recommendation? Are you thinking there are pathogens in the soil or that the soil is depleted or too heavy?

I use organic succulent soil, made by a local farm. It is very rich in natural nutrients. The soil contains river sand (tiny pebbles) and lots of perlite ... It is very loose and fast draining. I have repotted this plant with new soil every year and it has always bloomed like this. I have over 100 adeniums in 4 varieties and this is the only one that is doing this.

Hi Maria I get these type of blooms on a plant that will not bloom right I just make root stock out of them sometimes they just do that maybe one out of 500 plants if you figure this out let me know I think it’s is dna

According to my experiences, I think during the process of replanting, if you keep the original planting materials and just add some new planting materials, and using the original planting materials will cause the aging of its soil as well as the probability of deformity of blooming,

That's why I suggest if you replant the plant, using whole new planting materials, don't keep any original materials.
