What is your Korean Fir doing among your Hosta and Daffodil? Are they protecting it while it gets established or what?

Also, you shouldn't abuse your dog by making it wear that hideous collar.

I love the pictures. They make your enjoyment of the garden visible. More pictures! How about some from a distance, to see the lay-out? Would be nice to see that as well.

I wish this forum platform would allow pictures to be fully seen without all the clicks.

My Koreana was the last to push new growth. It just started last week.

Jon, your passion for beauty and gardening really show in your photos. You have some of the largest hostas I have seen and they look magnificent. Love seeing the pic with your house showing too.

Thanks for the kind words Deb. Well there are few benefits to growing old, large hosta is one. We don't like to admit it but there are a few Packer fans around here. Inexplicably, I have to watch two teams already: the Patriots and Tampa to watch Brady and Gronk, three would be too much. I have a monogramed American Flag collar coming for Shasta. I'll post when it is delivered. That shouldn't offend anyone.

Hey Jon, no offense taken! I understand split loyalties. I grew up watching the Packers. From the age of ten and up, I learned how the game was played. I even watched the famous Ice Bowl. But my husband is from NYC originally so he’s a Packer and Jet fan. But if they ever play each other, he’s Jets all the way. :-)
