My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Light fixture ideas needed

I have a dining area that is 12x13, with 12 ft high ceilings. We bought this table for the room. Seats 6 comfortably. Fabric is silver-ish and the 2 chairs have a swirl of silver and hints of gold. I have a couple of ideas for the light fixtures. Can anyone give me guidance? Here are pics of the room, the table weand chairs we just bought and some lights and dimensions we like. thanks for your help!!!
