My rider stalled out and won't restart. When this happened I was starting to mow, I didn't run anything over (checked the fly wheel key anyway) noticed that the fuel pump isn't delivering gas to the carb so I replaced that. Found a dry rot crack in my vacuum line from the valve cover to the fuel pump and replaced that. Checked for spark which I have. I've since taken the vacuum line off and don't feel any air coming from the valve cover? Whats my issue????
